We will also arrange how the legal fees will be paid such as stamp duty and a conveyancer will take you right up to the moment when you are ready to exchange contracts on the property after you agree a date with the seller.

Don’t forget that once you have exchanged contracts you are legally binding to that purchase so it is crucial that you have everything in place before then.
